Signature Programs

EIP students are valued and respected as global citizens, creative critical thinkers, collaborators who value excellence, and ethical and critical digital citizens. We strategically design our Core Programs to target crucial moments in a first-gen student’s life. As a NASPA First Gen Forward Designated program, we create a supportive network that helps our students overcome systemic barriers, enabling them to succeed in high school, college admissions, and future careers. This contributes to diversifying the higher education pipeline and creating a more equitable workforce and world.

At EIP, we embrace a comprehensive approach to nurturing the complete student experience. Through our innovative blend of academic, career, leadership, and personal/social support, we foster individuals who embody the values of lifelong learning, educational ownership, self-respect, and empathy towards others. Our overarching aim is to enhance the well-being of our students and their families by serving as a trusted resource for both academic and personal growth. Our programs are meticulously crafted to not only enrich academic pursuits but also to foster personal and social development while fostering community engagement. This ensures that each student emerges equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive as conscientious and globally-minded citizens.
