Our goal is simple: remove the mystery from college access and success. We break down academic preparation, career exploration, applications, financial aid, and enrollment into clear, manageable steps so students and families know exactly what to do and when to do it.

Graduate Professional Assistant
Prathamesh "Jay" Bachhav serves as the Graduate Professional Assistant for Program Support and Data Management with the STEM Fusion program at Early Identification Program.
Marketing Coordinator
Deveree “Dev” Clarke is the Marketing Coordinator for the Early Identification Program (EIP) at George Mason University, where she leads strategic marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and support student-focused initiatives.

Data Specialist and Website Manager (Early Identification Program)
Aradhya Jain serves as the Data Specialist and Website Manager for the Early Identification Program (EIP) at George Mason University, where he has been a key member of the department for over two years.
Budget Specialist, Early Identification Program (EIP)
Robert provides oversight of all areas of EIP funding, provides budget projections, assists with grant funding proposals, and provides HR and payroll support. He capitalizes on his experience making efficient use of our funding to the benefit of first-generation students.

Jennifer is currently serving as the IFE Program Coordinator. As an alumna of the program,
