EIP Staff acts in students' best interests, making ethics and transparency our priority.

Our staff consists of college degree-holding professionals in various disciplines of education. For more than two decades, EIP has cultivated a tradition of multicultural competency and best practices that drive our service. As an extension of George Mason, we have optimized new technology to render more valuable data to drive program initiatives, track programmatic and student success, and increase student engagement. We are committed to upholding our philosophy of Inspiring Excellence through Education and to fulfilling the mission of George Mason University. 

Professional Staff

  • Khaseem Davis, Ph.D.

    Executive Director, Early Identification Program (EIP)

    Dr. Khaseem Davis is a first-generation college graduate originally from Long Island City, New York. Mr. Davis has worked for organizations that promote equity and access throughout his career.
  • Mia Hines, Ed.D.

    Associate Director, Early Identification Program (EIP)

    Dr. Mia Hines is an equity warrior. She is passionate about supporting underrepresented and first-generation college students prepare for college and beyond.

    Budget Specialist, Early Identification Program (EIP)

    Robert provides oversight of all areas of EIP funding, provides budget projections, assists with grant funding proposals, and provides HR and payroll support. He capitalizes on his experience making efficient use of our funding to the benefit of first-generation students.

  • Mustafa Elamin

    Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer, Early Identification Program (EIP)

    Mustafa Elamin is a designer for the Program’s marketing team. He conceptualizes and designs marketing material and social media content while also executing media-related projects which help transform and maintain the EIP brand.

    Budget Consultant, Early Identification Program (EIP)

    Henna Lee worked at the World Bank Group for 30 years. Her accomplishments include managing the finance of a donor funded program (portfolio size over $100 million).
  • Lissy Lopez-Soliz

    Data Assessment & Administrative Specialist, Early Identification Program (EIP)

    Lissy is an Data Assessment & Administrative Specialist for the Early Identification Program. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Science.

    Interim Office Manager & Website Support, Early Identification Program (EIP)

    Laydy manages the graphic design team and collaborates with staff on program marketing projects. As a first-generation college graduate and EIP program alumna, she considers herself fortunate to be a part of the team that assists the next generation of EIP students.
