At EIP, we hold the holistic development of our students in high regard, understanding the pivotal role of family involvement in their academic, social, and emotional growth. Our Family Academy programs provide invaluable support to first-gen families, addressing challenges they may face on their journey toward higher education. Led by experienced professionals, these seminars cover topics such as self-advocacy, effective communication, family dynamics, and students' self-image. Collaborating with families strengthens our college-bound culture and reinforces our unwavering belief in every student's potential, as constructive parental engagement has been shown to enhance educational aspirations and ease the transition to college.
