Noemi Benitez

Undergraduate: Pursuing Bachelors degree Business with a Concentration in Marketing

Noemi works in the Early Identification Program’s front office as an Office Assistant. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on marketing. Her duties include completing assigned tasks, updating student information, and responding to phone calls or emails.  

In addition, she assists at EIP events. She is enthusiastic about her role because it allows her to assist first-generation families by answering their questions and assisting Spanish-speaking families. As a first-generation student, she understands that the process can be confusing at times. Noemi spends her free time watching TV shows and traveling.

Adnan Hassan Moallin

Adnan Hassan Moallin

Undergraduate: Pursuing Bachelors degree in Criminology, Law, and Society.

Adnan is an Office Assistant here at the Early Identification Program. He is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in criminology, law, and society. His responsibilities include promptly answering phones, updating websites and social media sites, and assisting with email and phone inquiries. He was also a mentor at our Summer Academy. He is enthusiastic about his job because it allows him to work with other first-generation college students. His interests and hobbies include soccer, working out, and trying new restaurants or food places.

Undergraduate: Pursuing BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science

Lissy is an Office Assistant for the Early Identification Program’s front office team. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Science. As an office assistant, Lissy works closely with the professional staff to assist with tasks, projects, and data. 
 
 Lissy is the first line of communication between students and families and the Early Identification Program, whether it is via phone call, email, or in person. As an alumna of the program, Lissy is passionate about her job because she can give back to the Early Identification Program community and help current first-generation students achieve higher education. In her personal time, she enjoys watching horror movies and going on runs.

High School: Justice High School
Undergraduate: BFA in Art and Visual Technology with a concentration in Graphic Design, Web Design minor (Currently Pursuing)

Fathima Zainab Samsudeen currently serves as part of EIP’s marketing team. She is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in art and visual technology with a concentration in graphic design. She currently creates visuals needed for the Early Identification Program such as social media graphics, slide decks, marketing materials, infographics, web design, videography, photography, data visualization, and more. She is passionate about her job because as an EIP Alumni, she gets to help the program she was once part of as well as being able to work alongside creative and talented team members.
